The inspiration for this print came from a meal at a local BBQ spot with where we ordered the Carp Hotpot. It was brought out separately and as they lifted the fish into the pot all the insides of the fish poured out into the broth. We were put off a bit but the end result was fantastic. This is why there are flowers tangled into the design.
Single layer woodcut print, carved from a 15 x 20 cm pinewood block. Hand printed on 85 GSM 100% cotton paper.
