Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi

This was my rooftop view of Hoan Kiem lake on Christmas morning in 2019. I was drawn to the mix match of different houses in the fore ground, glistening light on the lake and developing city scene in the background. The image was captured by my phone camera then re-drawn by hand, carved, and printed from a 20x15cm Japanese magnolia woodblock.
