Loc Tinh Mechanics – District 4 HCMC
These small, independent mechanic shops have always interested me. When you look inside you will see piles of exhaust pipes, inner tubes and their seemingly never ending supply of nuts and bolts. The houses seemed to be built out of the products they sell! This one is located near the top of Vinh Khanh street opposite a favourite café of mine.
