'Mac Mua' which means 'stuck in the rain' is something that happens to everyone who stays in Vietnam through a wet season at some point and tends to strike at the most inconvenient of times. Unlucky victims of the rain can be seen hiding under any shelters available throughout the city when the storms strike.
